Free Wills
If you’re looking to plan your estate, you may be wondering what free wills are. Here is some information about free wills.

An administration proceeding is when a person passes on without a will. In other words, the court has no direction as to who should be the executor, who’s going to take care of the funeral and burial expenses, who’s going to arrange for the distribution of properties, and who’s going to pay the debts. The court has to make a determination, and that’s done by a petition by administration. For the longest period of time, I have been offering my existing clients free wills. I have found out that has been very helpful to them and have had a lot of positive feedback as a result.

For a short period of time, we’re going to be doing the same thing with the public. If you’d like to sit down with me and go over your situation, we are willing to provide, at no cost, free wills to you. It’s a simple will wherein we provide for your assets to go to your spouse then to your children. We establish guardianship for the children if they’re underage, trust provisions for the children if they’re underage, and we’ll establish executors for the estate. These wills will be filed in the Erie County Circuit Court or the Niagara County Circuit Court depending upon where you’re living, and we’ll do this at no charge to you. This offer is only for a limited time and can be discontinued by me at any time in the future.
